Elements	On [DATE OF OFFENSE:], not being authorized by law, did knowingly or intentionally possess more than one ounce of marihuana, as defined in Class D of G.L. c.94C, §31, in violation of G.L. c.94C, §34.
Penalty	6 Months
	...shall be punished by imprisonment in a house of correction for not more than six months or a fine of five hundred dollars, or both.
Right of Arrest	A police officer shall have the authority to arrest without a warrant:...(c) any person who he has probable cause to believe has committed or is committing a violation of the provisions of sections twenty-seven, thirty-two, thirty-two A, thirty-two B, thirty-two C, thirty-two D, thirty-two E, thirty-two F, thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five, thirty-seven and forty.
